EVH & Associates is an investment and parent company providing funding, resources and expertise to innovative businesses and passionate entrepreneurs in the product design and development industry. With a diverse team of industry experts, we’re an active growth partner to our portfolio companies, supporting them and sharing the risk as they make new leaps and build sustainable value.

Since our founding in 1987 by architectural product designer Eberhard von Huene, we have acquired a diverse portfolio of unique, high-quality brands. We’re deliberately industry-agnostic, with a portfolio of debt-free companies characterized by sustainable cash flow, opportunities for growth and a focus on meaningful value creation.

Our leadership team consists of current and former entrepreneurs in diverse industries, and we seek out companies that will benefit from our expertise, passion, and networks. The quality of our portfolio companies’ products, our ability to identify new opportunities and our smart approach to risk have driven our expansion into various markets.
